When to call
Signs it’s time for a service
Water dripping indoors
Usually a choked drain pipe. A general service clears it.
Not as cold as before
Dirty coil or low gas. We check both on every visit.
Musty smell
Mould on the blower. A chemical wash gets rid of it.
Noisy or clicking
Could be the fan or a loose part. We diagnose before quoting a repair.

Quick answers
How often should I service my aircon?
Every three to four months if you use it daily, every six months if you use it mainly at night.
Chemical wash or chemical overhaul?
A wash is enough for most units serviced regularly. An overhaul is for units that have been neglected for a long time or smell bad even after a wash. We tell you which one after looking.
Do you service condos and landed homes?
Yes, HDB flats, condos and landed homes. For condos, please register us with your guardhouse.
Is there a transport charge?
Not inside our service area. Outside it, we tell you any charge before booking.
